  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) checks on Primavera P6 schedules, validating logic ties and ensuring adherence to scheduling guidelines for various residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to identify project constraints and potential delays, ensuring timely project completion within specified deadlines.
  • Review residential, commercial, and industrial construction project drawings to determine scope of work, identifying activities that are in or out scope to ensure alignment with project requirements and contract terms.
  • Support senior schedulers in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring coordination and alignment with project goals, timelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Assess whether time extensions are compensable or non-compensable, analyzing contract terms to determine merit and impact on residential, commercial, and industrial construction project schedules.
  • TRAVEL: Unanticipated travel to construction sites within Los Angeles County, not to exceed two visits per month, for the purpose of monitoring project progress and discussing the merits and facts of project-related claims.
  • Position is based out of Ocoee, FL HQ but telecommuting is permitted on a case-by-case basis.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or closely related. Employer will accept advance degree if in the same field.
  • 36 months in job offered, Planner, Associate Construction Project Manager-Intern, Intern, Junior Engineer, or closely relate
  • Develop baseline schedules that align with the project scope by establishing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and using Draft Baseline Development Matrix to assign resources and project timeline.
  • Assisted project teams in with critical path analysis performance, activity tracking, and “what-if” scenarios to evaluate the potential impacts on project timeline for residential and commercial projects.
  • Utilize Power BI to apply planning metrics that leverage Global Codes for Data Analytics to enhance project insights for leadership.
  • Create a Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule for residential and commercial projects based on finalized design drawings for the purpose of bidding and proposal.
  • Conduct pre-construction and construction site walkthroughs for residential and commercial projects to identify potential risk factors.
  • Submit RFIs for residential and construction project design related issues with the design team to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
