As an Applications Support Coordinator (ERP JD Edwards), you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous evolution of the company’s application ecosystem.
Your role will be key in maintaining operational continuity, optimizing processes, and translating business needs into effective solutions, with a strong focus on JD Edwards as a critical system.
Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with SLAs, guaranteeing efficient response and resolution times
• Act as an escalation point for complex incidents (Level 1 and 2), particularly within JD Edwards and related applications
• Identify improvement opportunities in system usage and propose solutions to optimize operations
• Manage relationships with vendors and external support (Level 3), ensuring effective resolution of critical issues
• Oversee ticket flow and service desk operations
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of processes and implemented solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align systems with business needs
A technical profile with strong business orientation, capable of leading, prioritizing, and managing operations effectively.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond incident resolution — someone who can analyze trends, identify root causes, and design sustainable solutions that deliver long-term value.
Requirements
~1 min read• 3–5+ years of experience in application support or functional consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne)
• Experience leading technical teams (at least 1–2 years)
• Degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
• Knowledge of business processes: finance, procurement, sales, inventory, or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of key JD Edwards modules
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (preferably ITIL)
• Experience with ticketing/service desk tools
• SQL skills for querying and reporting
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, PHP, C#, among others
• Experience with Windows batch processes
• Knowledge of APIs / Webservices
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, or similar (nice to have)
• Intermediate English
• A key role in the stability and evolution of the company’s technology ecosystem
• Direct impact on operational efficiency and decision-making
• Team leadership and exposure to complex technical challenges
• Interaction with multiple business areas and external vendors
• A dynamic environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement
