Technical Refrigeration Coordinator (HVAC) | Panamá

At INHAUS, we are partnering with a leading company in the search for a Technical Refrigeration Coordinator to lead technical operations and supervise field teams within a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

We are looking for a professional with a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a proactive mindset who is ready to take on the challenge of coordinating field and office teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintenance services, and daily technical operations.

Your Impact in This Role

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating refrigeration operations, leading a team of approximately 10 technicians while ensuring high-quality standards, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service.

This position plays a key role in team development, work planning, technical follow-up, and operational problem-solving, combining administrative coordination with field support when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the technical team.

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities, installations, and technical service operations.

• Organize daily operations and assign work schedules.

• Provide technical guidance and support in complex situations.

• Ensure quality standards and compliance with established procedures.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Participate in field visits when operationally required.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience or knowledge of refrigeration systems is highly desirable.

• Experience leading technical or operational teams.

• Strong initiative, technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

• Customer-service orientation and results-driven mindset.

• Availability to work on-site and perform occasional field visits.
