- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of employee benefits programs across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing benefits offerings based on market benchmarking, employee feedback, and cost effectiveness
- Develop and govern HR policies in compliance with local statutory requirements across all operating countries
- Drive benefits harmonization and standardization initiatives while respecting regional nuances
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class benefits experience
- Own relationships with benefits brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators globally
- Lead open enrollment cycles, renewals, and employee communications across geographies
- Use data and analytics to track benefits utilization, costs, and effectiveness, presenting insights to senior leadership

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation & Benefits roles
- Proven track record of designing and implementing benefits programs across multiple countries (APAC, EMEA, Americas preferred)
- Deep expertise in statutory compliance, tax implications, and regulatory frameworks across diverse geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
