Senior Executive - Business Finance

1. Developing a deep understanding of the business, revenue drivers and other functions of the business unit to drive efficient growth

2. Creating processes for new initiative and improving the existing one with a focus on governance and revenue leakage

3. Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand and supply drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial model and evaluate business outcome

3. Continuously track financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyze the variance

4. Collaborate closely with business, sales and cross-functional team worldwide to ensure smooth flow of operations 

3. Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required

7. The ideal candidate has a combination of strong business acumen, communication skills, financial modelling, a positive work ethic and a track record of success.

1. CA or MBA with 2+ years of post-qualification work experience

2. Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred

3. Strong excel skills with hands-on experience on business analysis and reporting

4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain respect of senior management and external executives

5. Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally

6. Self-starter who excels in technically demanding, fast-paced, and fluid environment
