Faulkner Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced, compassionate Medical Director to lead our well-established small animal practice in Lancaster, South Carolina. Your Role as Medical Director
In this key leadership position, you will:
• Lead, mentor, and support veterinarians and clinical staff to promote medical excellence and professional development
 • Establish and maintain medical protocols and standards of care
 • Partner with hospital leadership to support operational performance and client satisfaction initiatives
 • Foster a positive, collaborative culture centered on high-quality patient care
 • Participate in recruitment, team meetings, and performance development efforts
 • Maintain an active clinical role while serving as the hospital’s medical leader
