Senior Product Ops & Strategy Specialist

• You have previous experience in public sector, government technology, or education — you understand how these organizations and the organizations that serve them make decisions and move.

• You’ve worked in or built product ops functions from scratch inside a high-growth SaaS company.

• You’re fluent in tools like Figma, Claude, and Jira or similar project/ops platforms and use them to build systems, not just notes.

• You’ve done vendor contract review or SaaS spend analysis — you know how to read a contract with a strategic eye, spot consolidation opportunities, and make a case for cost savings.
