Responsibilities

  • Lead the revenue forecasting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, including developing financial models to support revenue planning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial results. Monitor and analyze revenue performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to understand pipeline trends, bookings, renewals, churn, and revenue drivers.

  • Support annual planning and long-range strategic planning processes related to revenue growth.

  • Build and manage financial dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into revenue performance. Develop and monitor key performance indicators and SaaS metrics to evaluate business health and efficiency.

  • Lead the preparation of executive-level reporting and presentations for leadership and board discussions.

  • Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between forecasts, financial reporting, and revenue recognition.

  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to increase accuracy, efficiency, and speed of insights.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the global FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, analytical rigor, and business partnership.

  • Manage the team's workload, priorities, and professional development to ensure the department meets the evolving needs of the growing organization.

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles, with a strong focus on revenue forecasting and analytics.

  • Proven leadership experience supporting sales or revenue organizations and building scalable financial planning processes within B2B SaaS companies.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI in a business setting to drive financial analysis and outcome reporting.

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

  • Experience using SQL and working with large data sets and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Workday, or similar).

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.

  • Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights

  • Collaborative leadership and cross-functional partnership

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
