TITLE: Territory Sales Manager   POSITION OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales revenue growth while nurturing distributor customer relationships within a designated geographical area. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.  As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, utilizing your exceptional organizational and sales skills. In this role you will establish and attain goals while possessing strong analytical capabilities.  We value effective communication and a deep understanding of customer needs. Join us as we strive to deliver exceptional service and achieve remarkable sales growth.   QUALIFICATIONS: Proven sales experience as a Territory Manager Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word Excellent oral and written communication skills Organizational and leadership ability Problem-solving aptitude Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Bachelors in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
