→Develop compelling case studies and stories around major B2B projects.
→Translate product features and benefits into clear, customer-focused communication.
→Collaborate with the Creative, Visual Merchandising, Category Management, Retail, and B2B teams.
→Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content quality across channels.
→Maintain an organized content library and continuously improve communication based on feedback.
