In this role, you will work with live traffic incident data for a global mapping platform, helping ensure that information in the system is accurate, timely, and complete.

• →Monitor and update traffic incident information in assigned regions
• →Work with real-time data from multiple sources
• →Verify and cross-check information before making updates
• →Record important details such as location, direction, cause, and impact
• →Update incidents as conditions change
• →Close incidents once they are resolved and confirmed
• →Communicate with team members and supervisors when clarification is needed

• English level: B1+
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay focused and accurate under time pressure
• Confidence working with multiple tabs and windows
