Turn Financial Insights into Strategic Decisions That Drive Growth

• Maintain comprehensive capital expenditure forecasts and analyze project cost variances.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, including NPV, IRR, and other project return calculations.
• Assess and quantify key risks and opportunities for capital projects.
• Oversee and maintain the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools, including the three-statement company forecast model.
• Support the annual strategic planning process through site-level and company-level scenario analysis.
• Analyze current and past trends of KPI’s including all areas of revenue, direct expenses, overhead and capital expenditures

• →Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• →Three or more years of related experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or accounting.
• →Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cash flow modeling.
• →Preferred : Experience in mining, agriculture, energy, or a public company, and a CPA, CFA, or MBA designation.
