We are looking for a self-starter to drive revenue growth for our Single Photon Systems in North-America. This role requires high adaptability: you must be equally comfortable closing a high volume of short-cycle inbound leads and navigating long-cycle strategic relationships with major research institutions, innovation groups in the deep tech industry.
You possess an exacerbated curiosity about our clients' technical challenges and the discipline to work autonomously. As we scale our US operations, you will also play a crucial bridge role, ensuring customer success while we expand our local support infrastructure.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Sales Proficiency: 5+ years of technical sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas in scientific instrumentation, photonic system sales, and/or quantum technologies.
- →Methodology: Proven application of MEDDPICC or similar strategic sales methodologies is essential.
- →Agility & Autonomy: Demonstrated capacity to work with autonomy and a high tolerance for ambiguity. You don't wait for permission; you assess the situation and act.
- →Coachability: A strong desire to improve, be evaluated, and coached on an ongoing basis. You view feedback as fuel for professional growth.
- →Technical Foundation: Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (ability to understand single-photon instrumentation metrics).
- →Travel: Ability to travel periodically within the USA and Canada for client visits and trade shows and occasionally abroad to Europe/Switzerland.
Requirements
~1 min read- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Quantum Physics, Photonics or Optics.
- Existing network within US National Labs and major research universities.
- Experience in a hypergrowth or start-up environment.
