Itero Group is seeking an experienced PM with specialized knowledge and experience in EHRs, health informatics, and health IT. The PM will have proven experience leading large-scale projects to successful implementation and experience with planning around organizational change management (OCM).

Responsibilities

→Manage the implementation of a new EHR system, and transition from system implementation to program operations and maintenance.
→Lead, plan, execute, and monitor all project activities for EHR implementation including project planning and execution, and governance
→Manage technical initiatives with a complement of project team members throughout the various IT areas, technical complexity, and vendor involvement.
→Accountable for delivery of all work tasks identified in the Project Management Plan and Project Schedule.

Requirements

→Seven (7) to nine (9) years of relevant Project Management experience proving they have/can perform the role effectively.
→Experience with organizational change management (OCM) with independent customers is preferred.
→Experience with EHR and/or EMR, health informatics, and health IT.
→Must live in PA
