About ITTC North Bay

At the International Tactical Training Centre (ITTC), the tactical flight training division of ITPS Canada, we operate at the forefront of tactical aviation training.

Our dedicated facility in North Bay, Ontario serves as the hub of our expanding operations, delivering advanced tactical flight training to NATO and allied air forces. At the core of this operation is our fleet of Aero L-39 Albatros jet trainers, supported by modern simulation and integrated training environments.

Everything we do is driven by a clear objective: delivering operational excellence in aerospace training — today and into the future.

This is not a traditional aviation workplace. ITTC North Bay is a high-tempo, performance-driven environment where adaptability, precision, accountability, and teamwork are essential to success.

Backed by ITPS’s global reputation, our operations reflect a culture built on excellence, innovation, agility, collaboration, and safety. These values shape how we train, operate, and maintain our aircraft every day.

Engineering & Maintenance at ITTC North Bay

Our Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) team is central to delivering on that mission.

Supporting a dedicated tactical jet fleet, the team ensures aircraft are safe, serviceable, and mission-ready to meet the demands of tactical flight operations. The environment is operationally focused and fast-paced, where attention to detail and technical excellence directly impact readiness and performance.

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing North Bay operation.
