This posting is part of JCB’s effort to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of the opening of our new San Antonio manufacturing facility. By applying, you will be considered for future opportunities as we move closer to launching operations.

Position Summary
The Assembly Team Member is responsible for assembling components and systems according to established work instructions and quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring JCB products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Essential Responsibilities
Assemble components and sub‑assemblies according to standardized work instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures safely and correctly
Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members and team leads
Qualifications
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (entry‑level opportunities available)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
