In the role of Senior Instructor for Chillers, you will be working within the fast-paced Building Efficiency product portfolio across North America. You will be involved in some design and heavily involved in teaching courses to JCI customers. You will do this by becoming a subject expert for our flagship York chillers, teaching technical curriculum with state-of-the-art technology, partnering with instructional designers and learning professionals to define the best approaches, bringing problem-solving and expertise to every class you have, and being open to learning new skills as you grow in this job. • Technical – We need someone who understands and can communicate both the theoretical and practical function, applications and operations of Chiller equipment and components. Five plus years of experience with York chillers would be ideal, along with experience in performing operational checks, monitoring operations, and troubleshooting & startup of York chillers. 

• Experienced – Five plus years of experience operating and troubleshooting Chiller equipment would be ideal. Experience with training, coaching or teaching is very desirable. 

• Articulate – Your writing, communication and facilitation skills must be strong in order to clearly articulate and transfer the content.      

• Educated – Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Education or something that would support the mission of this position.  

• Collaborative – Collaborates with IDs, learning professionals, product managers, program managers, stakeholders, and more people in the business than we can count. 

• Professional – Has personal ethics, does quality work, and has a positive attitude. 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $78,000 - $110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
