Our Client is building one of the fastest-growing open-source AI developer platforms, with 28k+ GitHub stars, millions of weekly installs, tens of millions of AI interactions, and double-digit month-over-month growth. The product is already monetizing at the enterprise level and is in production across a meaningful portion of the Fortune 500.

 

Backed by strong funding and operating with a small, senior team, they are defining the agent-user interaction layer that brings AI out of demos and into real applications.

 

They are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers and prospects, bridging product, engineering, and go-to-market.

 

You will be the primary technical contact for enterprise prospects and customers.

 

This is a hybrid of solutions engineering, architecture, and hands-on AI development. You will run live demos, build proof-of-concepts, architect AI agent workflows, debug customer implementations, and help teams get to production.

 

You will code with customers. You will advise on architecture. You will influence roadmap direction based on real-world needs.

 

This is not support. This is production-facing AI engineering.

 

- Partner with sales and GTM teams during enterprise technical discussions

- Run live demos and build custom proof-of-concepts

- Architect agent-user interaction patterns for real production systems

- Hold weekly working sessions debugging customer code

- Provide production-readiness guidance and design reviews

- Capture customer feedback and advocate internally with engineering

- Create technical walkthroughs and demo assets that convert

 

- Strong foundation in TypeScript (React) and Python

- Experience building AI agents or working with agent frameworks

- Comfort operating in AI-native workflows using tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives

- Prior experience in Solutions Engineering, DevRel, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing engineering

- Strong systems thinking and ability to evaluate architecture tradeoffs

- High energy, curiosity, and ownership mindset

 

- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar

- Experience creating technical content (blogs, demos, walkthroughs)

- Active involvement in developer communities

- Willingness to travel for key enterprise clients

 

- Direct exposure to enterprise AI deployments at scale

- Work at the intersection of engineering, sales, and product

- High visibility with both customers and company leadership
