About us
Jetfly is a leading European private aviation company headquartered in Luxembourg. We operate a fleet of 72 aircraft, including PC-12, PC-24, and Cirrus SF50. With over 25 years of experience and more than 540 passionate professionals, we bring together specialized business units offering a complete aviation ecosystem, including fractional ownership, charter services, aircraft management, trading, maintenance, and training.
Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.
About the Role
We are seeking an Aviation Fuel & Handling Cost Controller to join our Finance division. This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to bring rigorous financial discipline and strategic procurement thinking to the total Jetfly fleet’s two of the most significant cost lines in private aviation: fuel and ground handling.
Supporting both Jetfly Fractional and Jetfly Management entities, you will be the internal expert and owner of all fuel and handling costs across our portfolio. Your mission is clear: analyse, negotiate, optimise, and control every euro spent on fuel uplift and ground handling services across our entire network of airports and suppliers.
This is a role for someone who is analytically sharp, commercially driven, and deeply familiar with aviation cost structures. You will work closely with operations, flight dispatch, and finance teams, but you will own your perimeter independently.
