Our business model is centered on establishing a strong brand image, cultivating exceptional relationships with franchisees, and delivering outstanding client services. We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and innovation are crucial for success.

The Studio Performance Manager will provide temporary, on-site operational leadership for open JETSET studios.

Whether a studio is underperforming, experiencing leadership transitions, preparing for growth, or simply needs additional support, this individual partners directly with franchise owners and General Managers to identify opportunities, implement best practices, coach teams, and strengthen overall studio performance.

This is a 6-month position with the potential to transition into a long-term opportunity based on business needs and performance.
