Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Client Care to lead and manage our Client Care Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality care to clients while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on team development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, direct, and lead the Client Care Managers (CCMs) on a daily basis, monitoring and evaluating their work, and ensuring any issues are documented and addressed timely.
  • Participate in the hiring, orientation, training, supervision and evaluation of caregivers, on call managers and CCMs.
  • Strategically plan and budget for sustainable growth of office/team/business unit.
  • Manage the office/team in relation to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for example:  Gross margin, overtime, utilization of authorized hours, EVV compliance, Client and Caregiver satisfaction etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, service coordination agencies, and Managed Care Organizations.
  • Monitor the quality and relevance of all services provided by the office and caregivers to ensure compliance and Client satisfaction
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable employment laws and federal regulations.
  • Conduct periodic observations of intakes and home visits to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and proper documentation is being completed in the most efficient manner.
  • Responsible for the data collection, maintenance and timely submission of established reports.
  • Ensure EVV compliance by monitoring weekly key metrics, such as missing time sheets report, prebilling report.
  • Perform additional duties/special projects and reports, as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience working in Home Care, with The Office of Long-Term Living, elderly, and/or disabled population helpful.
  • Experience with case management/coordination, records/utilization management, preparing reports, or other documentation desirable.
  • Proven track record of growing a business.
  • Knowledge of HHAeXchange preferred

May require sitting, standing, or walking on a level surface for periods throughout the day. May require lifting up to 20 pounds. Regional travel up to 50% required to other JEVS locations, home visits and other related functions.
