As a key member of our finance team, the Staff Accountant will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close processes. This role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, managing payroll and benefits, posting daily bank activity, and analyzing monthly compensation and insurance data. The ideal candidate will bring precision, consistency, and a proactive approach to maintaining the financial health of the organization.
