This role sits within the Colors marketing team, responsible for designing and delivering high-impact launch and sustenance campaigns driven by strong consumer insights, creative excellence, and media effectiveness.
Show Launch & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end launch and sustenance campaigns across TV, print, OOH, on-ground. Develop creative briefs, KVs, messaging frameworks, and campaign innovations aligned to consumer insights. Drive timely execution of promos, creatives, internal branding, and campaign rollouts.
Consumer Insight & Performance Orientation: Translate consumer behavior, cultural insights, and research findings into sharp marketing strategies. Track performance closely and conduct post-launch evaluations to identify learnings and optimisation opportunities. Proactively flag growth opportunities and red-flag issues for assigned shows.
Sustenance & Portfolio Management: Lead proactive sustenance planning to maintain slot health, audience engagement, and show visibility. Ensure regular creative refreshes, platform visibility, and integrated solutions across the Colors ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Digital, OAP, Graphics, Content, Traffic, Presentation, Sales, and Distribution. Coordinate with external creative, media, production, and research agencies for seamless execution.
Innovation & AI Usage: Leverage AI tools to optimise pitch development, creative ideation, copywriting, GTM decks, and presentations. Drive efficiency, speed, and quality improvements through smart use of technology.
- Strong consumer-first thinking with ability to convert insights into effective marketing plans
- Experience working on 360-degree marketing campaigns (TV, Digital, Print, OOH, PR)
- High creative sensibility with strong execution rigour
- Interest and understanding of Hindi GEC and audience behavior
- Working knowledge of digital and social media marketing
- Basic understanding of TV viewership metrics (GRPs, Reach, TSV)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing / Brand / Communications / Advertising / Media
