HRMS Management: Oversee the HRMS system, ensuring accurate handling of employee data, and promoting its usage.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, from offer initiation on Workday to onboarding and pre-onboarding formalities. Create and maintain candidate records on the HRMS system.

Payroll & Benefits: Handle payroll processing, full and final settlement, and manage employee PF, gratuity, and other benefits. Address queries related to company policies and benefits.

Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee queries and grievances, manage sensitive issues with discretion, and support day-to-day people management challenges.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain the employee master database and generate HR reports, MIS, and organization charts. Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement.

HR Initiatives: Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with business priorities. Coordinate and manage company events and employee engagement activities.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.

Bachelors /Post graduate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, including handling HRMS systems, recruitment, payroll, etc.

Strong knowledge of HRMS systems (Zing/SAP/Workday) and HR processes

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and employees query management

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
