The Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing will drive influencer-led amplification for Hindi GEC content, translating the channel’s fiction, non-fiction, and tentpole properties into high‑impact social buzz. The role requires a strong understanding of the Hindi GEC landscape, audience behavior, cultural nuances, and creator communities that resonate with mass and regional Hindi-speaking markets. The position ensures end‑to‑end management of influencer campaigns that elevate show visibility, engagement, and platform presence.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing plans aligned with Hindi show launches, tentpoles, brand campaigns, and always-on requirements.
- Identify relevant influencer categories (macro, micro, nano, celebrity creators) based on platform trends and GEC audience TG alignment.
- Support content and marketing teams with influencer recommendations that drive maximum reach and engagement.
- Manage end‑to‑end influencer outreach, negotiations, coordination, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, managers, and agencies specializing in entertainment, drama, celebrity, lifestyle, and regional Hindi content.
- Ensure clear briefing, timelines, and deliverables for each campaign.
- Oversee influencer content creation, ensuring consistency with brand tonality, show messaging, and platform formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, static posts, YT integrations, etc.).
- Track content delivery, approvals, posting schedules, and campaign hygiene.
- Collaborate with internal creative and social teams for content ideas, co‑created formats, and digital-first storytelling.
- Monitor campaign performance across reach, engagement, views, sentiment, share of voice, and ROI.
- Generate clear performance dashboards and insights to inform future campaign strategies.
- Benchmark against competitor campaigns, platform trends, and best practices.
- Partner closely with PR, Social and ContentMarketing teams to align influencer efforts with overall campaign goals.
- Work with programming and content teams to identify moments and hooks that can be amplified via influencers.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X, ShareChat, Moj, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify relevant creator partnerships across genres and audience cohorts.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
- Creative thinking with an understanding of digital pop culture and entertainment trends.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media (preferably in entertainment, media, or agency environments).
- Strong relationships within the influencer ecosystem (creators, managers, and agencies) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related fields.
