Job Summary: The Associate Director of Trademark Licensing and Marketing assists in the daily operations and long-term strategic direction of the Marketing and Trademark Licensing Office. Oversees brand management, revenue generation, strategic planning, and insightful reporting. Enhances customer experience. Communicates plans and results to internal and external partners.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of intercollegiate athletics, a professional sports organization, and/or other trademark/licensing experience; OR Master's degree and two (2) years of intercollegiate athletics, a professional sports organization, and/or other trademark/licensing experience.


Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other related software. Extensive knowledge of trademark practices and a demonstrated history of performing related duties in a high-profile setting. Ability to work effectively with people. Effective verbal and written communications skills.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within an intercollegiate athletics department and/or licensing industry organization in a licensing, marketing and/or communications role. Working knowledge and experience with Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) or licensing industry and CLC systems.
