Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm


Job Summary: The Senior Community Impact Analyst leads the development, tracking, and refining of metrics, goals, and implementation plans designed to support leadership priorities and programmatic outcomes for the Division of Community Impact. Designs dashboards and predictive analytics that inform executive decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term institutional strategy.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of experience.


Skills and Knowledge: Experience with relationship cultivation and management/stakeholder engagement. Communication and presentation skills. Experience managing projects and assessing outcomes. Knowledge of higher education and community engagement.


Preferred Qualifications: PhD in Business, Higher Education Admin or Related Field.
