As an Executive Director, you will lead enterprise sales strategy and execution across major health systems in the United States. You’ll manage complex, consultative sales cycles where clinical, financial, and executive stakeholders must align around significant technology investments. The role combines strategic account management, deep discovery, business case development, executive selling, and disciplined deal execution. You’ll develop tailored solutions that connect healthcare organizations’ operational challenges with measurable improvements in efficiency, patient safety, and financial performance. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership, you’ll also help refine sales processes as the organization scales. This is a high-impact, customer-facing opportunity suited to an experienced healthcare technology seller who thrives in a high-growth environment.

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and introductions through product demonstrations, business case development, proposals, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Manage a strategic portfolio of prospective health system accounts and consistently drive opportunities toward revenue targets.
  • Build and grow an independent pipeline of enterprise opportunities and long-term provider relationships.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects’ challenges, organizational structures, priorities, competitive landscapes, and long-term objectives.
  • Position technology solutions as strategic responses to customer challenges and demonstrate clear business and operational value.
  • Develop tailored business cases that communicate measurable ROI and address the specific needs of each health system.
  • Advance complex buyer journeys by preparing strategically for meetings, engaging stakeholders at each stage, and project-managing the overall sales process.
  • Build consensus across multiple stakeholders, including C-suite, financial, clinical, revenue cycle, and operational leaders.
  • Lead high-value executive conversations and confidently navigate critical discussions around technology investments and business outcomes.
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and position the organization as a strategic healthcare technology partner.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to improve sales processes, messaging, collateral, and enablement as products and markets evolve.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time to support customer engagement, relationship development, and sales activities.
