This role is responsible for producing polished, engaging, and reliable live virtual events for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will manage the full event lifecycle, from preparation and technical setup through live delivery, recording, wrap-up, and reporting. Working directly with clients, facilitators, moderators, thought leaders, and internal teams, you will help create seamless experiences for every participant. The position combines technical production, customer service, event coordination, and real-time problem solving. You will be expected to anticipate issues, respond confidently when unexpected challenges arise, and keep events running smoothly and on schedule. This is a fast-paced opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with technology and people across different countries and cultures.

Provide end-to-end production support for live virtual events, covering preparation, technical setup, delivery, recording, post-event wrap-up, and reporting.
Support clients, facilitators, moderators, and thought leaders before and during events to deliver professional and engaging virtual learning experiences.
Lead event preparation conversations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all technical, scheduling, content, and production requirements are clearly understood and tested.
Independently manage event schedules and calendars to prevent conflicts and ensure production resources are properly coordinated.
Operate and maintain proficiency with virtual event and videoconferencing platforms, particularly Zoom and Webex, including their interactive features.
Troubleshoot technical, scheduling, content, and platform issues in real time while minimizing disruption to the event experience.
Anticipate potential technology or production issues during event preparation and implement solutions before they affect the live session.
Communicate unexpected issues clearly and confidently to stakeholders while simultaneously working toward resolution.
Create, configure, launch, and report on interactive in-event polls in collaboration with the wider team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism when communicating with senior clients and stakeholders, building trust throughout the event lifecycle.
Coordinate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
Continuously develop knowledge of virtual event technologies and identify opportunities to improve production quality and delivery processes.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, customer service, event production, or related role.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Hands-on experience with virtual meeting or videoconferencing technologies such as Zoom and Webex, or the ability to become proficient quickly.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and events simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential problems before they occur.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence speaking during virtual meetings and live events when required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to establish trust quickly with clients and senior stakeholders.
Confidence handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally in a live event environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and multicultural client groups.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the initiative to identify opportunities to improve virtual event delivery.
Willingness to maintain and continuously develop technical knowledge of virtual event platforms and interactive tools.
Fluency in Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese is advantageous.
Flexibility to work across different global time zones, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC, is a plus.
Ability to work independently while remaining closely connected to the wider production and client teams.
For contractual assignments, access to a suitable working setup, including a laptop with at least 4 GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent, a reliable internet connection with approximately 20–30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, and a headset.
