SAP Process Control and Risk Management Specialist

This role focuses on strengthening enterprise risk governance, compliance, and control effectiveness through SAP GRC solutions. You’ll lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management modules. Working closely with Audit teams and business stakeholders, you’ll help improve risk processes and strengthen the organization’s compliance posture. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes, controls, and risk management. You’ll also troubleshoot and maintain GRC solutions while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Active DoD Secret clearance.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management.
• Strong techno-functional expertise covering SAP GRC implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience working with Audit teams and business process owners on compliance, controls, and risk initiatives.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and compliance management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• SAP GRC or related governance, risk, and compliance certifications are preferred.
• Experience supporting or partnering with internal Audit organizations is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 10% as required.
