• Service Excellence & Quality Assurance Ensure all departmental services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with high professional standards. Resolve daily operational issues to maintain consistent service delivery and minimize disruptions. Maintain timely, high-quality outcomes across all service areas through active monitoring and quality control. 
• Event Logistics & Execution Lead the logistical planning and setup for Student Life events to ensure seamless execution. Effectively deploy student staff to support event needs while maintaining operational flow. Oversee event execution to ensure activities run smoothly and align with departmental goals. 
• Personnel Oversight & Resource Coordination Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate student staff maintaining staffing levels and workflows. Support and monitor student staff, providing the necessary guidance to ensure effective delivery service. Assist in the coordination of staffing and physical resources to meet the demands of daily operations. Provide critical operational and administrative support for broader departmental initiatives and special projects.
