Join UP! Polska had been opened in October 2022 and successfully launched destinations to Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Tunisia, Cyprus, Spain, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Zanzibar. In general, the portfolio of Join UP! more than 40 directions. The tour operator's portfolio includes more than 7,000 hotels available for reservation, of which more than 250 are exclusive.

Due to active business expansion and sales growth we are looking for Deputy Chief Accountant.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Accounting support: Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including preliminary accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation and payroll processing.
Preliminary Financial Statements: Prepare preliminary drafts of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for review.
Tax Return Preparation: Support accurate preparation and timely filing of tax returns, ensuring all preliminary data is correct to avoid penalties and interest.
Audit Preparation Support: Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports required for audit purposes, ensuring the accuracy of all preliminary data.
Preliminary accounts payable and receivable management: Process invoices and maintain accurate payment records as part of the preliminary financial management process.
Performing intra-group reconciliations: Preparing and reviewing intra-group reconciliations to ensure accuracy prior to finalization.
Participate in the development of internal accounting policies.

Professional experience and skills:

Hands-on experience 3 years as a Chief Accountant in accounting and finance, (preferably in tourism).
Education: Accounting, finance.
Strong communication skills, open-mindness, ability and desire to learn, high level of stress resistance, emotional intelligence, high-quality result orientation, team player.
Knowledge of English (speaking level).
