JSR Services is seeking a proactive, agile, and charismatic Client Service Coordinator to manage client orders and coordinate all service activities from scheduling to final closure. You’ll be the main link between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience. Responsibilities Manage client orders and serve as primary point of contact Coordinate schedules, assignments, and service logistics Follow up on pending items internally and with clients Track job progress and ensure timely service completion Provide clear, confident communication with clients and staff Requirements Requirements Strong communication and public speaking skills Highly organized, proactive, and multitask‑oriented Charismatic and client‑focused Experience in customer service or coordination preferred Comfortable with scheduling/CRM tools Nice-to-have Skills Face‑to‑face customer service experience POS / cash register management experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) Benefits Hourly pay: $12.00
