Finance Manager

JSR Services is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our accounting department and oversee the full accounting cycle across multiple entities. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex financial operations with accuracy and strategic insight. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Apply and enforce all accounting principles and best practices across the organization. Manage accounting operations for multiple entities, including consolidations. Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure efficient daily operations. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and monthly closings. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership to support financial planning and strategic decision‑making. Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors. Optimize accounting processes and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Preferred Experience Extensive experience in nonprofit accounting and fund management. Background in real estate, condominium associations, or related industries. Proven ability to manage multi‑entity accounting structures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a high‑performing team. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Quick-books advance proficiency Leadership & supervision experience Full‑cycle accounting expertise with strong technical proficiency. Advanced skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
