Hours & Scheduling
Front of house and back of house shifts run 30–40 hours a week; most shifts need 30+ hours a week. There are moments in the year, like busy seasons, special events, etc., that call for more commitment. We need folks with genuinely open availability. Students are welcome, but must be able to flex. Evenings and weekends are part of the picture.
The Work Itself
All smoothie bar roles begin front-of-house or back-of-house and grow into being fully cross-trained to cover both. If you're coming in with experience, there may be a path to move through this process faster, but we'll figure that out together after your initial trial period, which is two weeks paid.
No matter your role, everyone keeps the space beautiful and running and does whatever it takes to keep the smoothie bar running smoothly and the team working safely.

Step 1: Blue shirt = Entry level ($13-15/hr)
Step 2: Red shirt = Shift Lead/ Trainer (pay increase based on performance and promotion)
Step 3: Leadership (pay increase based on performance and promotion)
