Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple internal and external departments, ensuring effective budget control, oversight, and reporting. We would like having someone who is passionate about supporting a software product used by millions of people worldwide.

• Keep tracking KPIs and delivering actionable management reporting;

• Preparing annual investment plans and ongoing financial forecasts;

• Preparing monthly financial variance analysis and communicating performance;

• Financial management via Quickbooks, cost centers, reconciliation and financial reporting;

• Work with external accountants and auditors to ensure the accuracy financial statements;

• Work with external consultants and main stakeholders on applying and managing public incentives, like PT2030.
  

• Profile with strong analytical orientation, autonomy and sense of responsibility;

• A passion for problem solving and a proven track record of developing new processes and solutions from scratch;

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous work environment and navigate through change;

• Willingness to take ownership, get your hands dirty, and help out where needed.
  

• A bachelor/master in Management, Financial, Economics or Accountancy (or related fields);

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles;

• Ability to lead the Finance department, fostering collaboration and accountability with external parties (e.g accountancy firms);

• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally in Portuguese and English;

• Strong understanding of financial principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis;

• Strong analytical skills with a key attention to detail;

• Spanish language is a plus;

• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIMA) are advantageous.
