JustPlay is looking for a passionate Live Operations Manager to run first of its kind Live-Ops for our loyalty platform, driving player excitement through special events, promotions, and challenges. You’ll lead strategies to re-engage players, boost retention, and maximize engagement across a wide ecosystem of casual games.
In this unique role, you’ll own the LiveOps operations roadmap, craft data-driven campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful experiences. What sets this role apart? You’ll merge casual gaming with real-money rewards, powered entirely by ad revenue—reshaping mobile gaming.

Requirements
~1 min readAt least 2+ years of proven experience in live game operations, events, and sales strategies, preferably in mobile games or loyalty platforms
Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful campaigns
Strong project management and attention to detail
Analytical skills and experience in event optimization and reporting
Excellent communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration

Plan and execute LiveOps engaging in-app events, promotions, and updates to captivate players and increase activity
