KBR is looking for Growth & Proposals Coordinator (Infrastructure & Built Environment) to be based in Dubai - UAE flexible working arrangements may be considered based on business needs.

The Growth Coordinator supports the Infrastructure & Built Environment growth team by coordinating growth activities, maintaining high-quality pursuit content and knowledge resources, and providing effective administrative and logistical support. The role serves as a key point of coordination across the Infrastructure business and Growth Enablement team, helping to ensure that presentations, proposals, leadership updates, and related materials are accurate, consistent, timely, and professionally presented.

• →Coordinate the development, maintenance, and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, presentations, and other Infrastructure growth materials.
• →Serve as the Infrastructure focal point for growth-related knowledge management, ensuring content is current, accessible, and consistently organized.
• →Coordinate growth portals, opportunity records, and related stakeholder engagement to support timely and accurate submissions.
• →Act as the Infrastructure lessons learned champion, capturing insights from pursuits and supporting the application of lessons to future opportunities.
• →Coordinate meetings, review sessions, opportunity notice discussions, and other Infrastructure growth activities, including schedules, materials, actions, and logistics.
• →Support data collection, content integration, document control, and the preparation of leadership updates and reports.
• →Provide administrative and coordination support to Infrastructure leadership and business development teams.
• →Partner with the Growth Enablement team on proposals and other priority pursuits, helping to maintain alignment with established processes, standards, and deadlines.
• →Track actions, milestones, and dependencies, proactively escalating risks or gaps that may affect delivery.
• →Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling commercially sensitive information.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Two to five years of experience in coordination, business development, marketing, communications, proposal support, or a related environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation or document-production tools is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional materials for varied audiences.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, construction, or professional services pursuits is preferred.
• Experience with growth platforms, CRM systems, document repositories, or knowledge-management tools is advantageous.
