KBR is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to join our Team! This role is in support of PMA-265 and Airworthiness and CyberSafe Office (ACO) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of experience. In lieu of a degree least 12 years of related experience in a business or technical related position is required.
→Experience in flight clearance facilitation and/or DoD Aviation Operator, aircraft test and evaluation and/or aircraft maintenance is desired.
→Experience with T&E of naval aircraft systems is desired. Specific experience in NAVAIR/NAWCAD processes and procedures is highly desired.
→Experience with Common Message Processor (CMP) is highly desired.
→Experience with ePower database document tracking software is also highly desired.
→Experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management as specified in the DOD 5000 series is desired.
→Excellent customer service skills are required for this role.
→Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
→Candidate must be able to function efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and must be a self-starter.
→Knowledge of the Flight Clearance Process is highly desired.
→Must be a U.S. citizen. An active SECRET clearance is required.
