Responsibilities

→Service and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
→Carry out scheduled maintenance and system inspections to maximize performance and equipment life.
→Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems.
→Swap out or repair failed components — motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and more.
→Read and apply wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
→Keep customers and teammates informed of service findings and recommendations.
→Complete accurate service records covering work performed, parts installed, and system status.
→Follow all applicable safety standards, local codes, and company procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification a plus.
4+ years of field experience as an HVAC Service Technician or comparable role.
Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
Sharp troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Clear communicator with strong customer-facing instincts.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites.
