HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a few talented HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician's to join our team. This full-time position involves maintaining residential, commercial and industrial HVAC systems. 

• →Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• →Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• →Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• →Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations.
• →Maintain accurate records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
• →Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE certification or equivalent.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.
