As the Senior Associate - University SPOC – UK, your primary role is to manage end-to-end university coordination for assigned institutions in the UK. You will serve as the single point of contact to ensure timely communication, smooth processing of student applications, and optimization of key admission metrics. Your coordination will directly impact student satisfaction, team productivity, and business growth from partner associates and branch offices

Act as the primary liaison for admissions with assigned UK universities.

Maximize the offer conversion rates to enrolment through effective follow-ups and student support.

Stay updated on university policies, deadlines, scholarships, and share timely updates with teams and partners.

Ensure real-time accurate data management on coursefinder.ai and other platforms.
→
Coordinate with partners and universities to schedule offer conversion events.
→
Make regular partner calls to prioritize students and maintain updated tracking sheets.
→
Monitor and support End to End key process for Applications.
→
Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge sharing.
→
Promote universities via. various platforms and events.
→
Track and report application metrics and conversion performance.
