BMW Genius / Product Specialist

Location: BMW of Tenafly – Tenafly, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time • Includes Saturdays
Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000 annually

At BMW of Tenafly, we’re looking for a personable, knowledgeable professional to join our team as a BMW Genius / Product Specialist. This role is all about creating an exceptional customer experience and helping guests get the most out of their new BMW.

• →Welcome and engage customers throughout the showroom and delivery process
• →Educate customers on BMW features, technology, and vehicle functionality
• →Conduct new vehicle orientations and product demonstrations
• →Assist Sales Consultants with product knowledge and customer questions
• →Build strong relationships and provide a personalized experience
• →Stay up to date on BMW models, technology, and features
• →Deliver a high level of customer service from the showroom through delivery

• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology
• Professional, friendly, and confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Passion for BMW and the automotive industry is a plus
