Keeley Construction is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our Paving Team.

Responsibilities

→Supervise field crews, job sites, and subcontractors.
→Develop site logistics plans and determine construction methods and sequencing.
→Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
→Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
→Drive project schedules and resolve construction issues.
→Perform maintenance based on client work orders.
→Document daily work activities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with paving/concrete.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
