Why This Role Matters
This role is the first impression of our firm. It sets the tone for every client, family member, guest, and partner who contacts us. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming experience, who understands that empathy, timing, and communication matter.

This is not a passive receptionist role. This is a high-touch client experience role for someone who enjoys being organized, proactive, and polished

  • Manage client calls and route them accurately with impeccable phone etiquette.
  • Read people well — provide empathy to clients who may be calling during very difficult life events.
  • Keep the lobby, courtroom, and conference rooms organized, tidy, and presentable.
  • Support general office coordination and assist internal staff with light administrative tasks.

  • Teachable — open to learning, feedback, and adjusting.
  • Polished presentation & professional tone.
  • Ability to handle occasional sensitive or emotional client interactions.

Required

  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
  • 1+ year in a customer or client-facing role (hospitality, medical office, legal, hotel, retail, call center, etc.).
  • Strong comfort with Outlook, Word, and general computer skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience.
  • Experience in professional services (legal, medical, finance, hospitality).
  • Interest in long-term growth within a legal or professional setting.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Full-time Position: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm
