This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Compliance Consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, acting as a senior external resource to temporarily strengthen the client's Compliance team until a permanent employee is hired. You will support the Compliance team in performing second-line compliance activities, providing immediately available expertise, support on business-as-usual activities, and assistance on selected cross-functional initiatives. While you will not formally assume the regulatory responsibility attached to the compliance function as recognized by supervisory authorities, you must act as a strong technical point of reference, contribute to the quality of deliverables, and support the team in its interactions with business lines, support functions, and subsidiaries. All responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model.

  • Provide operational support to the Compliance team on recurring activities, including advice, validations, analyses, and follow-up work across various compliance areas.
  • Contribute to regulatory watch, impact assessments, and the translation of regulatory developments into concrete actions, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the update of policies, procedures, internal standards, and other governance documents related to compliance.
  • Prepare or support monitoring exercises, thematic reviews, and the follow-up of remediation action plans linked to identified compliance risks.
  • Assist with requests from business and support functions, ensuring pragmatic, rigorous, and solution-oriented analyses.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reporting, briefing notes, and other deliverables for management, internal committees, and, where relevant, supervisory authorities.
  • Support the team on selected transformation, optimisation, or remediation initiatives affecting the organisation or functioning of the compliance function.
  • Share expertise with the team, contribute to business continuity, and, where needed, act as a back-up on priority matters, in line with the governance framework in place.

The consultant will work under the supervision of the Head of Compliance and in close collaboration with central Compliance Officers, as well as with stakeholders from business lines, support functions, and subsidiaries. You will be integrated into the existing organisation of the function and will act as a temporary reinforcement resource, with a high degree of autonomy in the execution of assigned tasks, while respecting existing roles, responsibilities, and decision-making lines.
