Join Keystone Solutions as a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Consultant for a consultancy mission at our client. You will operate under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, working closely with the client's stakeholders to identify requirements, define scope, develop a blueprint for implementation (including tooling selection), and deliver a practical roadmap. Following roadmap approval, you will help lead execution to ensure alignment with defined requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work within the client's environment covering Governance, Risk and Compliance management and related domains such as Privacy management, Audit management, and Third Party Risk Management.
- →Identify all related requirements in this area, define a scope, and develop a blueprint for implementation, including tooling selection and delivery of a roadmap for implementation.
- →Post approval of the roadmap, be involved in execution of implementation, reinforcing alignment to requirements and client stakeholders.
- →Identify stakeholders from all involved client departments to elicit their requirements concerning GRC processes.
- →Identify which tools are currently in use in this area at the client, map the requirements covered, and perform an analysis of the fit of these tools with client standards (investment strategy, technology fit).
- →Based on this information, evaluate tooling options and propose a scope and tooling strategy.
- →Prepare a roadmap for implementation of the proposed strategy by identifying implementation efforts, resource needs, and licensing needs.
- →Post validation of this roadmap, be leading in execution of the implementation through securing alignment to client stakeholders and defined requirements.
- You communicate fluently in English (min. B2) and in Dutch or French (min. C level), the second language at least B level.
- Willing to work on-site in Brussels at least 2 days per week.
- Proven experience as lead (project manager or equivalent) in at least one GRC tooling selection and implementation project in an organization with >1000 employees.
- Must have legal authorisation to work in Belgium.
- Require at least one of the following certifications: (i) ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor or (ii) an ISACA certification (preferably CGEIT and/or CRISC).
- Stakeholder management experience (including senior management level and managing stakeholders from various departments with possibly differing expectations).
- Communication skills: meeting facilitation at different levels (technical and non-technical, from operational to senior management level; steering committee facilitation and presentation ability).
- Experience in capturing business requirements and defining tool selection for at least 2 GRC tooling selection and implementation projects.
- Experience in defining roadmap and leading implementation for at least 2 GRC tooling implementation projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in definition and implementation of GRC concepts and processes.
- Practical experience in projects supporting application of regulatory frameworks (NIS2, ISO27001, GDPR).
- At least 5 years of experience with implementation of GRC tools and for at least 2 different GRC tools (SAI360, ServiceNow, ...).
- Experience in complex environments (large-scale projects, multiple and high-ranking stakeholders, ambiguity management).
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects as Project Manager, applying multiple project management techniques: Agile, Waterfall, budget management, project planning, resource planning, project reporting.
- Consultancy Nature of Work: Operate as a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded within the client's organization, with on-site collaboration in Brussels at least two days per week to drive alignment, momentum, and delivery.

- Bring project management discipline (Agile and Waterfall) to plan, budget, resource, and report effectively in complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Location: On-site collaboration in Brussels (minimum two days per week), combined with remote work as appropriate to the mission.
- Engagement Type: Consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions, working closely with the client's stakeholders to deliver the responsibilities and requirements listed above.
