IT Business Analyst

As a content expert during this initial scoping phase, your mission is to deliver a comprehensive functional analysis and cost estimation. You will bridge the gap between clinical needs and technical possibilities by identifying the 'Delta' between standard Epic Wisdom software features and specific Belgian regulatory and clinical requirements, providing hospital leadership with the data needed to make an informed investment decision. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions.

• →Focused Requirements Gathering: Conduct intensive workshops with dental surgeons, hygienists, and administrative staff to map current workflows and critical business needs, respecting the short project timeframe.
• →Gap Analysis & Delta Specification: Perform a detailed comparison between the out-of-the-box capabilities of Epic Wisdom and the specificities of the Belgian dental landscape (e.g., INAMI/RIZIV regulations).
• →Functional Analysis for Custom Dev: Design functional specifications for custom developments to address the gaps identified in the Epic module.
• →Define Interface Requirements: Clearly describe the data flow requirements directly between Epic Wisdom and the custom-built Belgian extensions.
• →Cost Estimation & Business Case Input: Produce detailed estimations for development effort (personal hours) and personal costs required for the hybrid solution, which will serve as a primary input for the final business case.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, ideally within a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Technical Knowledge: An asset would be familiarity with Epic EHR (ideally the Wisdom module).
• Analytical Skills: Expert at quickly translating complex medical processes into structured technical requirements under tight deadlines.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English (for Epic collaboration) and French (for clinical staff communication).
