IT Project Manager Infrastructure

Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager specializing in Infrastructure for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects related to IT infrastructure and governance.

• →Define, plan, coordinate, and implement projects aimed at enhancing resilience, security, availability, and modernization of the information system.
• →Develop and implement the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) strategy.
• →Oversee the establishment of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• →Ensure the implementation of NIS initiatives.
• →Manage change across various projects.
• →Monitor various infrastructure projects such as:
• →Deployment of a CMDB.
• →Deployment of the DRP solution.
• →Replace other infrastructure solutions.
• →Collaborate with the technical team and IT Vendor Manager to draft specifications related to IT infrastructure modernization.

For each project under your responsibility, you are expected to:

• →Establish a project plan detailing objectives, scope, timeline, tasks, deliverables, review and approval cycles, organization, and reporting.
• →Monitor costs, adherence to the timeline, and resource allocation throughout the project.
• →Provide effective coordination of the project team, ensuring motivation and engagement.
• →Contribute to updating the business case.
• →Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and assumptions impacting each project.

Throughout your mission, you will adhere to GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.
