The OPS Security Engineer - Firewall & Proxy Filtering Services role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

The client’s IT department operates in Agile mode, providing a challenging and motivating environment where teams are empowered to manage their technical domain. Within the Tribe IT Production Security, the Squad Firewall & Proxy Filtering Services manages the Firewalls, validating requests, implementing new rules, solving incidents, and ensuring secure solutions based on business needs and security requirements. The team also addresses audits, network security controls, group security requirements, regulatory obligations, and recertification of data flows through detailed analysis and supporting evidence.

Responsibilities

→Participate in daily management of Firewall flow requests
→Help solve incidents caused by Firewall-related issues or security policies
→Contribute to project teams with firewall technology experience
→Ensure firewall configurations align with security policies and document them
→Manage all requests in accordance with security rules
→Perform deep analysis and provide evidence for audits, flow recertifications, and reporting activities

All these responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent

PCNSA (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator), CompTIA Network+, CCNA

Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in Firewall, IPS/IDS, Cloud micro-segmentation
At least 5 years in a Firewall environment is mandatory
Firewall rules implementation
Firewall policy optimization
Incident resolution experience
Palo Alto or Fortinet experience
Experience with Service Now (IT Service Management module)
MS Excel (Automatic reporting: VBA, Python)
Security, networking & architecture principles knowledge

Preferable: Proven experience in analysis and audit reporting

Knowledge of Agile methodology

Ability to learn fast and adopt new technologies/tools
Quick self-starter and autonomous
Good team spirit, sharing knowledge and experience

Self-motivated, perseverant, open to additional responsibility
Committed, proactive, and result oriented
Good analytical and synthesis skills, high attention to detail
Very good communication skills
